Lin is invest-preneur and former investment banker at Deutsche Bank & China Merchant Group.
She and her partners in RVP One started investing in consumer-focused startups in 2009, having invested directly and indirectly into 60+ startups in SEA and Europe, and successfully exited iBuy (listed on the Australian Exchange), Foodrunner (acquired by Rocket Internet). In pursuit of creating a more inclusive society, she coaches women entrepreneurs, supporting various initiatives and contests in this field, as well as by extending her commitments to Africa where impact is most needed. She was invited as speaker in various events relative to these topics (Paris Fintech Forum, Afrobytes, Africarena etc). Since 2021, She has been mentor to 60+ startups with ITC (UN) in West Africa as well as to a number of female-lead startups.
Lin started in her 20’s as entrepreneur in cybersecurity of fintech : EMV (Eurocard Mastercard Visa) chip and terminal encryption, hardware and software level 1 and 2 global certification (user authentication, transaction and data security) (FIME was sold to Orange in 2006). Thereafter she spent more than a decade in corporates in China, HK, Holland and Singapore managing portfolios up to US$3 billion in notional. She joined Noble Group and BHP Billiton, where she was global marketing manager and physical + derivatives trader for iron ore, capesize and Base Metals, managing the sales, supply management by 1SAP, as well as overseeing the HSEC aspects in production and logistics, she traded carbon credits 15 years back at the high of the market. Later, Lin joined Deutsche Bank and China Merchant Securities as investment banker, where she was originating structured finance deals for mining and commodities trading. Lin has in-depth understanding of full chain of natural resources production, transportation, sales and financing, hence scarcity management for strategic resources.
Lin holds 2 Master degrees in Political Sciences and in Corporate Strategy, as well as bachelors in International Law from Sciences-Po and ESSEC in France. She is also certified by Stanford University School of engineering for Energy Innovation and Emerging Technologies in Sustainability.

Nathalie de GAULLE

A former banker and CAC40 business executive, Nathalie started her career in international financial markets at Societe Generale CIB in London and at the finance department of Engie where her team won a 800MW power co-generation project tender in the GCC and where she structured Engie’s 100M Fund giving emerging countries access to renewable energy in partnerships with AFD and the World Bank.
Later, Nathalie co-founded and chaired several companies in Europe and internationally, particularly in management consulting, ESG and technological innovation, she also invests in pre-Series A technology startups and serves as a member of boards and strategic committees of various foundations and professional associations. As such, she is at MEDEF’s ComEx40, which brings together co-founders and Executive Committee members under the age of forty.
In addition to her executive functions, Nathalie is currently a Senior Advisor to the management of Teneo holdings, an international advisory firm for CEOs and Executive Committee members around the world. She also joined the John Cockrill Group and its Homeland Security subsidiary to become part of their Strategic Committee and to serve as a Senior Advisor for their leadership. In education, she sits at the board of Mission Laïque Française, the largest private international school network in France, as well as at the board of ICE school in Dubai, UAE.
Until 2018, Nathalie was elected as a national Representative of Overseas French nationals in the GCC region and vice-president of the Consular Councils of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, and Muscat, Sultanate of Oman.
Nathalie has been invited to speak on entrepreneurship and ESG innovation at various international forums such as: Arabian Businesswomen Forum; Doha Forum; Africa Blockchain Summit; Hong Kong Business Forum; Guangzhou Imperial Springs International Forum; Athens XXth High Level Forum or VIII Global Baku Forum.
Nathalie is a graduate of both Sciences-Po Paris and HEC Paris. She is also certified by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and by the French IHEDN.
